These guys are great I am so thankful that I let them handle my rug. I inherited a piece of antique Persian rug from my aunt. She has had it for 15 years. It has only been cleaned twice. These guys were very friendly. They came and picked up my rug. The process was very professional and hassle free. About a week later they called me and reminded me that my rug was ready. I was very worried if it was going to shrink to lose the shape or come apart because it's an antique piece. It was perfect. The rug was very clean and the colors are brighter. I have a finely woven silk and wool Esfahan rug, that was damaged by someone trying to clean it with an old fashioned rolling vacuum cleaner. Like a valuable painting that needs experts for its restoration, to repair Persian rugs one also needs experts who know what they're doing. When I took my Esfahan rug to Magic Rug Services I found the experts I was looking for: master "rofoogars" with deep knowledge of the intricacies of Persian rugs and how to repair them.
